Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Warehouse ETSF Team Leader for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in The Feltham, Middlesex area. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations within the Warehouse. Overseeing a small team of Warehouse operatives Hands on with all Warehouse duties Forklift driving (Counterbalance and Reach Truck) Monitor and guide warehouse operatives to ensure high levels of productivity, accuracy, and safety. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment. Work closely with Management and other departments Requirements Must be fully trained and experienced in freight warehouse procedures Sound understanding of aviation security requirements and air cargo handling. Basic IT skills Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead a small team. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
