Specialising in picking, packing, quality control, customer care, and returns management, you will be an integral part of our logistics and customer experience team. Your primary responsibilities will include selecting, packing, inspecting products, handling customer queries, and processing returns to ensure customers receive flawless products and exceptional service on time. This role is vital in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse, resolving customer issues efficiently, and upholding our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Order Picking: Efficiently and accurately pick items from the warehouse shelves according to customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
Packing: Safely and neatly pack items in appropriate packaging materials to ensure products are protected during transit. Label and seal packages ready for shipment.
Quality Control (QC): Inspect products before packing to ensure they meet the brand's quality standards. Identify and report any defects, damages, or discrepancies. Ensure only high-quality items are shipped to customers.
