WAREHOUSE COLLEAGUES NEEDED – Start Dates - September 2025
* Shift - 2pm - 10pm
* Pay Rates: £14.80ph - Overtime available
Siamo Recruitment are working in partnership with Asda CDC (Marsh Leys, Kempston) and we are currently recruiting for Warehouse Colleagues to work within a chilled environment.
THIS IS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY THAT COULD LEAD TO A FULL TIME CONTRACT.
Shifts: Any 5 days out of 7 days. 40 hrs per week - - 2pm - 10pm (This will include WEEKENDS as part of the rota)
The Role: - Picking and Packing customer grocery orders using a voice pick system
Decanting and scanning products to go into stock
Loading and despatching Must be physically fit - some heavy lifting involved
Excellent chance of permanent position
Role involve handling meat and alcohol a chilled environment (0 - +5 degrees)
Requirements:
Previous experience is essential. (6 months min in a similar environment)
A positive and flexible attitude. Self-motivated, always looking for the best in every situation
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Commitment to hit targets
Ability to work in a target driven environment
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Attention to detail and able to work to a high level of accuracy whilst working quickly
