Manpower are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator in DE74.
In this essential role, you will support the daily operations of our busy warehouse, ensuring accurate record-keeping, smooth communication, and efficient workflow between departments.
DUTIES: Manage and maintain accurate warehouse records, stock levels, and filing systems Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments; process orders, deliveries, and returns Liaise with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods Prepare and manage accurate documentation, including inventory reports and delivery notes Maintain database integrity by entering and updating data regularly Assist with cycle counts, stocktaking, and resolving stock discrepancies Support the warehouse team with general administrative duties as needed Analyse data and prepare Management Information (MI) reports Adhere to health, safety, and company standards at all times
ABOUT YOU: Prior experience in a Warehouse Administration role Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels Confident user of Microsoft Office applications and Warehouse Management Systems
HOURS AND PAY: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm OR 9am-5pm Up to £29,000 per annum
