The Warehouse Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse by providing administrative support. This includes maintaining accurate inventory records, managing data entry, coordinating with logistics and procurement teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Monday- Friday 8am until 4pm or 9am until 5pm Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure timely data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS).
Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents (invoices, packing slips, delivery notes).
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales departments to ensure timely movement of goods.
Track stock levels and notify management of low stock or discrepancies.
Assist in the scheduling of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Generate regular reports on stock movement, inventory levels, and order status.
Support audits by providing accurate documentation and inventory data.
Respond to inquiries from internal departments or external clients related to inventory or shipments.
Maintain a clean and organized filing system for warehouse records.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
