About the Role We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Administrator to join their team in Bedford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills who thrives in a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities Liaise with suppliers, parcel carriers, and transport providers in line with warehouse requirements.

Provide accurate and timely reports to the line manager.

Carry out general administrative duties to support the warehouse team.

Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet business needs.

Answer customer queries and handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner.

Experience & Skills Required Previous experience in a warehousing environment is preferred.

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or other operations management systems is advantageous.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
