Job role: Warehouse Administrator (Returns / Warranty Co-ordinator) (Lates)\n\nLocation: Waltham Abbey\n\nHours: Full-time (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) contrsacted 37.5 hours per week \n\nSalary: £12.21 per hours (Salaried - paid monthly)\n\nAbout our client\n\n Centric Talent is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator (Returns / Warranty Co-ordinator) to join our clients team at their warehouse in Waltham Abbey.\n\n Our client is one of the UK's leading suppliers of bathroom, kitchen and plumbing products, supplying products to retailers up and down the UK.\n\n Job overview\n\n You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate Returns / Warranty Co-ordination across our national distribution network. Your focus will be on data accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and resolving discrepancies quickly and efficiently to ensure the smooth running of the supply chain.\n\n Structure:\n\n This role will report to the warehouse Manager but will have a close relationship with all other shift patterns.\n\nThe ideal person:\n\n - Have good communication skills\n - Have good attention to detail\n - Is self-motivated, reliable, and have a 'can do' attitude\n - Is able to work under pressure in a time-constrained environment\n\nKey activities and responsibilities:\n\n - Responsible for the management of own brand spares in Waltham Abbey\n - Working closely with the customer service team to support customer enquiries for warranty claims\n - Working with sales, customer service, quality and warehouse teams to ensure that issues are understood to protect customer service levels and feedback information to the business\n - Checking product specifications and compatibility in line with business and customer requirements\n - Communicating with Customers to resolve any warranty claims associated with own brand products\n - Working closely with the warehouse team to examine goods returned from customers\n - Ensure good stock products are returned to their correct location.\n - All Branded faulty goods to be placed in quarantine area for inspection or return for credit to manufacturer.\n - All own brand faulty products to be stripped down for spares as required\n - Maintain accurate stock records for spare parts\n - Prepare for and carry out regular Stock Takes in accordance with company stock take procedures.\n - General House Keeping duties.\n - All duties to be completed in line with current Health & Safety Guidelines.\n - Up to date knowledge of products, technology and regulations are maintained.\n - Any reasonable duty as requested by your Line Manager.\n\nExperience and education:\n\n - Full understanding of all company procedures and requirements\n - Excellent product knowledge\n - Numeracy and literacy skills\n - Customer focused\n - Good communication skills\n - Team Player\n - Positive outlook\n\nBenfits\n\n - 23 days Holiday - increasing to 25 after 3 years\n\nIf you feel you have the relevant experience then we'd love to hear from you, apply today!
