26 days holiday, Pension, Private Medical Cover, Flexible Benefits Role Overview Join our growing warehouse team in a varied, customer-facing role. You'll be responsible for receiving, storing, assembling, picking, packing, and delivering products with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You'll also support process improvements and uphold health, safety, and ISO standards. Key Responsibilities Goods In/Out : Receive, label, store, pick, pack, and ship items accurately and safely. Assembly : Build finished goods from raw materials as required. Delivery : Help plan and carry out local deliveries professionally and on time. Customer Focus : Communicate clearly and build rapport with customers. Stock Accuracy : Conduct stock counts and maintain data integrity. Compliance : Follow ISO and H&S standards; complete vehicle checks. Teamwork : Collaborate with colleagues and support cross-departmental communication. Cleanliness : Keep the warehouse and van clean, tidy, and safe. Systems & Equipment : Operate warehouse systems, forklifts, and pickers (where trained).
