Position Summary: Salary up to 40k We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Supply Chain Specialist to lead supply chain initiatives, oversee daily operations, and lead a small team. This role is responsible for optimising our end-to-end supply chain performance, driving supplier development, and managing critical contracts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver improvements in complex, fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight Manage day-to-day supply chain activities including sourcing, procurement and vendor management. Ensure seamless coordination between cross-functional teams to meet operational KPIs (e.g., OTIF, quality, cost efficiency).
