This key role is central to managing the efficient planning, monitoring, and control of stock levels for a range of fragile, high-value goods. Key Responsibilities:
As the Stock Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of stock and inventory operations. Your duties will include:
* Stock Management: Maintain oversight of stock levels, closely tracking lead times, minimum order quantities, and expiry dates to ensure optimal purchasing and consignment management.
* Process Optimisation: Identify and address inefficiencies in stock ordering processes to streamline operations and improve outcomes.
* Compliance & Reporting: Ensure full compliance with HMRC guidelines (including Sections 196/197) and maintain detailed and accurate stock reports to inform future business decisions.
