About you - Resort Desk Co-Ordinator You will be a passionate individual who is driven by shaping guest experiences both professionally and efficiently.An individual who is quality focused receiving all guest reservations you will have attention to detail, demonstrate genuine care and concern and ensure all guest preferences will be recorded and communicated to the relevant teams to ensure we can tailor those personalised curated moments for our guests. What were looking for A team player with excellent communication skills with both guests and colleagues at all levels whilst always maintaining professionalism. An individual with commercial awareness who can pass on potential leads to our sales team to follow up. Committed to ongoing professional development and shaping guest experiences.
