Recruitment Consultant – Factory & Warehouse Jobs
We’re a growing recruitment company that focuses on factory and warehouse roles. We help clients find reliable workers quickly and make sure everything’s done properly from the first call to getting someone on-site. We like working with people who care about doing a good job and keeping things simple.
You’ll be part of a supportive team where everyone helps each other and wins are shared.
What You’ll Do
* Take client job requests and create clear recruitment plans
* Help clients understand local pay rates and candidate availability
* Keep in touch with clients and give regular updates
* Find and screen candidates using job boards and our internal systems
* Make sure all checks are done (Right to Work, references, etc.)
* Work with the sales team to meet client needs
What You’ll Bring
