Role and Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate staff rotas for multiple care settings, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts. Respond promptly to staffing changes, sickness, and emergency cover requirements. Liaise with managers and team leaders to forecast staffing needs and adjust schedules accordingly. Ensure compliance with working time regulations, contractual obligations, and care standards. Maintain up-to-date records of staff availability, leave, and training requirements.
