Are you a tenacious and motivating manager, with experience leading large, diverse teams in a fast-paced energetic environment, looking for a new challenge?
I am looking for a Night Shift Operations Manager to join an excellent FMCG business.
Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations would be a distinct advantage.
I am recruiting for a busy Night Shift, so you must be flexible to work across varying shift patterns.
Leading and motivating teams of up to 100 - 200 people, you will ensure productivity is on target, track KPI's, adhere to and motor Health and Safety, among other tasks.
Salary around £50k plus benefits
