Are you organised, hands-on, and ready to keep things moving? Our anonymous client is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support a busy, fast-paced logistics operation. This is your chance to join a team where no two days are the same and your contribution keeps shipments, deliveries, and collections running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Support the morning dispatch process, working closely with drivers
- Coordinate customer deliveries and collections across the network
- Respond to customer queries and operational emails
- Assist inside sales and export teams
- Update shipment information and support customs hub processes
- Experience in logistics, operations, or transport coordination
- Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong communication skills, confident dealing with drivers and customers
- Comfortable with IT systems and happy to learn new tools
Working hours - flexibility to choose from the following:
- 06:00 – 15:00
- 08:00 – 17:00
