Are you ready to make a difference? ATA Sameday is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual, to join us as a full time Logistics Coordinator! The candidate will ensure the smooth running of customer accounts and understand client needs and requirements, setting up processes and integrations to help gather data. The candidate will be required to offer exceptional communication and quick responses to any queries and quotation requests. Overall Purpose of Job To be the point of contact to the client: fulfil the needs of the customer, ensuring that the process is followed and information documented. To ensure billing details are correct for each consignment and to communicate this with the accounts department.
Key duties and responsibilities, include: Answer all communications in a timely manner on the different platforms we use. Respond and action all requests immediately. To establish and quote on the correct vehicle size to ensure the most effective and cost efficient vehicle is assigned to the transport requirement based on load size and weight.
