Vessel Deliveries & Collections Coordinator (Under Bond)

We’re partnering with a well-established company in the maritime logistics space that’s looking for a highly organised and proactive Vessel Deliveries & Collections Coordinator. This is a key role supporting complex under bond deliveries and collections, ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, compliance, and communication.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning and scheduling under bond deliveries to vessels, ensuring full customs compliance
• Coordinating supplier collections and managing transport to bonded warehouses or vessels
• Acting as the central liaison with 3PL partners, internal logistics, and customs teams
• Preparing and managing all required customs and bonded documentation
• Monitoring delivery timelines and solving issues as they arise
• Maintaining accurate shipping and compliance records

What We’re Looking For

• Background in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
• Knowledge of bonded warehouse procedures and customs compliance (preferred)
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems
• Adaptable and responsive in a time-sensitive environment
