Role: General Manager - Warehouse


Location: West or East London (on-site focus)


Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri (Note: the role is responsible for a 24/7 operation, so flexibility is essential)


Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 (DOE) + benefits

In this role, you will take full ownership of large-scale warehousing operations across its London depots, leading a team of depot managers, supervisors and frontline operatives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be accountable for driving performance, efficiency and culture, building scalable processes while keeping operations running smoothly day to day.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead day-to-day warehousing operations across the depot, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality execution.
  • Manage, coach and inspire a large and growing team.
  • Drive continuous improvement in people, process, safety, cost and service.
  • Own performance KPIs across OTIF, productivity, inventory and compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate operational nuance into scalable, long-term solutions.
  • Build culture, foster engagement, accountability, and alignment with sustainability-driven mission.
  • Take on full P&L responsibility as the depot continues to expand.


What we’re looking for

  • Strong track record managing large-scale warehouse, depot or logistics operations. (3PL/Parcels/eCom)
  • Proven leadership experience with large frontline teams, developing both high performers and those who need support.
  • Hands-on, adaptable leader with strong EQ and ability to influence across all levels.
  • Commercially aware, pragmatic problem-solver with analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and the new process development daily.
