to join their fast-paced distribution team. This is a temp-to-perm role, with the opportunity to earn a permanent contract after 12 weeks. Key Responsibilities: Driving Forklift PPT and Counterbalance truck or VNA Pick, sort, route, and load items onto pallets efficiently Receive deliveries, check for damaged or missing items, and store stock correctly Move stock manually and operate lifting equipment such as PPT and Counterbalance truck Pack orders, wrap pallets, and maintain accurate stock records Keep paperwork up to date and ensure a clean, organised work environment Requirements: Strong communication skills Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential Must have own transport to commute to site Full-time availability and commitment to long-term employment Benefits: 30-minute paid break per shift Permanent contract offered after 12 weeks Access to onsite hot food canteen Company pension scheme Weekly pay 40 hours paid Attandance bonus Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm Contract length: 3 months Benefits: Canteen Free parking On-site parking
