The Facilities Engineering Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving facilities within the warehouse/ manufacturing site. Description Ensure a safe work environment by managing both reactive and proactive maintenance, identifying issues, and implementing solutions. Perform daily maintenance tasks such as fire alarm and sprinkler testing, HVAC and electrical checks, building upkeep, and checkout maintenance. Build strong relationships with store leadership, communicate clearly, and manage expectations. Complete repairs within agreed SLAs and accurately log work, escalating issues when needed.
