Are you a dynamic warehouse professional with Food Manufacturing or FMCG experience? Ready to thrive in a high-octane, fast-paced environment? As a Chilled Warehouse Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations in our chilled warehouse, ensuring accurate receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of chilled dairy products. You will lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, maintaining high standards of efficiency, health and safety, and product quality. This hands-on role involves coordinating stock movements, managing manual handling tasks, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-moving logistics and distribution setting.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse operatives to achieve operational targets Manage stock movements, ensuring product codes match picking tickets Oversee safe and efficient loading and unloading of delivery vehicles Ensure safe manual handling procedures are followed at all times Maintain a clean, safe, and organised chilled warehouse environment Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards Provide training, coaching, and support to team members Cover for the Warehouse ...
