岗位职责

  1. 销量多维分析:基于历史数据,结合品类特性与区域特点开展销量分析,识别趋势、波动及差异,为品类策略调整提供数据支撑。
  2. 品类关联研究:分析核心品类消费关联度,挖掘组合规律,优化仓库布局提升拣选效率。
  3. 购物习惯洞察:分析订单与用户行为数据,提炼习惯特征并转化为库内运营优化建议。
  4. 订单需求预测:衔接销售部门,结合品类分析、市场趋势及销售计划构建预测模型,精准预测订单量、品类结构及区域分布,指导备货与人员调配。

岗位要求

  1. 本科及以上学历,有优秀经验者可放宽熟悉大数据运算,
  2. 能使用集团大数据中心或外部数据库人员优先
  3. 具有3年以上相关工作经验,具有至少10万SKU或1000万库存处理经验
  4. 有良好的沟通能力,能与库房商家或者采销随时保持沟通


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Multi-Dimensional Sales Analysis: Based on historical data, analyze sales volume incorporating category characteristics and regional features to identify trends, fluctuations, and differences, providing data support for adjusting category strategies.
  2. Category Correlation Research: Analyze consumer correlations within core categories, identify combination patterns, and optimize warehouse layout to improve picking efficiency.
  3. Shopping Habit Insights: Analyze order and user behavior data, identify habit characteristics, and translate them into operational optimization recommendations.
  4. Order Demand Forecasting: Liaise with the sales department to build forecasting models based on category analysis, market trends, and sales plans. Accurately predict order volume, category structure, and regional distribution, guiding stocking and staffing deployment.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above; requirements may be relaxed for candidates with outstanding experience.
  2. Familiarity with big data computing; experience with the Group's big data center or external databases is preferred.
  3. At least three years of relevant work experience, with experience managing at least 100,000 SKUs or 10 million items of inventory.
  4. Excellent communication skills, able to maintain close communication with warehouse vendors and purchasing.
