Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching. Maintain accurate inventory using CargoWise WMS; resolve discrepancies promptly. Allocate labour, equipment, and space to meet client demands. Oversee returns processing and quality control procedures. Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff; conduct performance reviews.
