Loom Talent Limited have exclusively partnered with a repeat client, who are a rapidly expanding International 3PL business, looking for 2 x PM Warehouse Shift Managers (14:00 - 22:00) to join the team based in Northampton.
Our client offers innovative solutions to a ranging client base including: Retail, E-Commerce, FMCG and General Merchandise.
There roles work across either a fixed PM Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday shift pattern. if you cannot work to these shift patterns on a regular basis then these positions may not be well suited to you.
The Role
The 2 x PM Warehouse Shift Managers (14:00 - 22:00) will play a critical role in leading all activity across the operation within their field, whilst working closely with the Site Operations Manager and Site SLT team.
These positions are truly exciting opportunities, with lots of autonomy for an experienced Warehousing Logistics professional to be at the forefront of a rapidly expanding organisation.
Core aspects of the 2 x PM Warehouse Shift Managers (14:00 - 22:00) roles are: Manage a team of up to x 30 indirect reports, through 2 x Shift Team Leaders.
