What Youll Bring Proven experience working in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management, with strong practical knowledge of warehouse operations

Experience designing and delivering training programmes or adult education courses

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences

A passion for creating inclusive and supportive learning environments

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

A genuine interest in mentoring, coaching, and supporting individuals in their career journeys
