Were currently looking for a motivated and experienced Warehousing Tutor to join our dedicated team. In this role, youll design and deliver engaging training programmes that help learners enhance their knowledge and skills in warehousing and logistics operations. What Youll Bring Proven experience working in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management, with strong practical knowledge of warehouse operations

Experience designing and delivering training programmes or adult education courses

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences

A passion for creating inclusive and supportive learning environments

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

A genuine interest in mentoring, coaching, and supporting individuals in their career journeys

What Youll Do Deliver high-quality, engaging warehousing training at Level 2

Identify learner needs and set SMART targets to support their progress

Contribute to continuous learning and staff development initiatives

Support performance management and provide constructive feedback

Foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Play an active role in talent development, helping learners reach their full potential

Qualifications & Skills Level 2 qualification (or higher) in Warehousing

Substantial vocational experience in the warehousing/logistics sector

Experience in delivering vocational-based training

Teaching or assessing qualification (desirable)

Strong attention to detail and a professional, organised approach

Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards
