Warehouse & Transport Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods while leading a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise warehouse and transport operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse operatives and drivers. Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate dispatch schedules. Ensure compliance with health & safety and transport regulations. Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues and improve service. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in warehouse and/or transport supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of logistics software and inventory systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Forklift license (desirable but not essential). CPC qualification or transport compliance knowledge (a plus).
