Warehouse & Transport Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Warehouse & Transport Coordinator to join a leading fresh produce business in Dartford. This is a varied role where you will split your time between office-based administrative duties (around 70%) and supporting the operational side in the yard (around 30%)so a Counter Balance FLT is required Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and third-party logistics providers to manage inbound and outbound deliveries.

Maintain accurate records, organise waste collections, and ensure all compliance and safety procedures are followed.

Provide hands-on support in unloading vehicles when required.

Monitor and report on stock levels, delivery schedules, and operational KPIs.

About You: Previous experience in a warehouse/logistics coordination role is essential.

Counter Balance licence with Good In experience

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Able to balance administrative work with occasional physical yard duties.

Competent in using IT systems and maintaining accurate records.

A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
