Are you a hands-on, results-driven Warehouse Training Manager with a background in fast-paced D2C operations?

As the Warehouse Training Manager , your day will be focused on actively supporting the operational floor . Working closely with team leaders, operatives, and Training Ambassadors to ensure training is aligned with daily business needs. Youll be delivering onboarding sessions for new starters, coaching staff on key fulfilment processes such as picking, packing, returns handling, stock accuracy, and dispatch, while ensuring everyone is fully confident using handheld scanners and the proprietary WMS.
