Hours: Minimum 37.5 hrs/week, 5 days over 7 on a shift rota (multiple start times from 06:00 ) What Youll Be Doing: Supervise a team of operatives across receiving, picking, and returns Manage stock movements and verify product codes with accuracy Oversee safe and timely loading/unloading of delivery vehicles Ensure cleanliness and full compliance with Health & Safety regulations Provide cover for the Warehouse Supervisor when needed Foster a positive, communicative, and high-performing team environment

What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a busy warehouseideally within food production or FMCG Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities Flexibility to work rotating shifts starting from 06:00 A valid Counterbalance Forklift or PPT licence (or willingness to obtain one) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices
