What You’ll Be Doing Lead & Motivate : Supervise a team of operatives across receiving, picking, and returns of chilled goods

Own the Process : Manage stock movements and ensure accuracy in product handling

Drive Efficiency : Oversee safe and timely loading/unloading of delivery vehicles

Maintain Standards : Ensure cleanliness and compliance with Health & Safety regulations

Support Operations : Step in for the Warehouse Supervisor when required

Foster Culture : Promote a positive, communicative, and team-oriented environment
