Warehouse Supervisor 7 Steel UK - Cardiff Salary Up to £37,000 + 5% bonus Hours Monday Friday Days As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the Team Leaders and Shifts in our Rod and Bar Mill Warehouse. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the department is appropriately resourced, reviewing shift reports, daily meetings with the Warehouse Manager, and most importantly, making sure your team adhere to our health and safety policies. You will be a strong communicator in order to connect with your team and gain their input, as well as to influence external stakeholders. We do require that you have experience in a manufacturing/logistics environment and team management, but whats most important to us is a can do attitude. You will also be confident using IT packages, like Microsoft.
