Warehouse Supervisor – Grangemouth – Manufacturing

Escape Recruitment are working with a fast-paced manufacturing client based in Grangemouth to hire a Warehouse Supervisor.

In this busy, hands-on role, you’ll lead a section of the warehouse team ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll be the go-to person on the floor – overseeing all materials handling and transport activity, driving performance, and making sure things are running smoothly shift-to-shift.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervising a team in a busy warehouse environment, ensuring accurate stock movement and system updates.
• Managing equipment and internal transport to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Leading daily briefs and review meetings; ensuring excellent communication with your team and across departments.
• Supporting training, mentoring and development of team members, whilst upholding safety and quality standards.
• Driving improvements, tracking KPIs, and controlling waste and production processes.
• Ensuring all systems and stock records are up to date, including reconciliation and cycle counts.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Confident leader who can motivate, challenge and support their team.
• Strong attention to detail with a good grasp of IT systems and admin processes.
• Good communicator with a can-do attitude and a collaborative approach to cross-department work.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday, 12pm – 8pm, with flexibility to cover weekends/holidays as needed
