to join our growing team and help ensure smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse operations. ? What Youll Be Doing: Supervising day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of warehouse operatives Ensuring all stock is received, stored, and dispatched correctly Monitoring workflow and allocating resources to meet operational targets Ensuring full compliance with H&S procedures and company policies Completing documentation, reporting, and system updates Identifying areas for improvement and supporting continuous development Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and other departments ?? What Were Looking For: Previous experience of leading a team within a warehouse or logistics environment is essential Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good understanding of warehouse systems and processes Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive, solution-focused mindset FLT licence desirable but not essential ??
