AMJ Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an Experienced Warehouse Supervisor to work for our long standing customer, based in Nuneaton.

Salary - up to £33000 per annum

Term - Permanent

Working Hours - 08:00am until 16:45pm (Mon-Thur) and 08:00am until 12:30pm (Fri)

Job Overview:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Overseeing inventory and staff, you will lead and inspire the warehouse team, champion a culture of continuous improvement, and drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and proactive change management.

Responsibilities include:

Lead/supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and training to foster a culture of improvement. Oversee daily activities (receiving, storage and order fulfilment), coordinating with Purchasing/Supply Team. Manage inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels, conduct cycle counts/stocktakes and maintain accurate records of stock movements. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, maintaining safe, clean environment. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations and productivity, analysing data to identify areas for improvement.
