We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Supervisors to join our client based in Rugby. The Warehouse Supervisor role is fixed term contract role , 6 months , and it may/will involve working at their Nuneaton location as well. Main duties as Warehouse Supervisor : To supervise a zone in the allocated Operational area with the support and guidance of the Process Manager and to lead a team of Warehouse Operatives. Whilst on shift you will be responsible for the supervision of Warehouse Operatives as well as the operations in your zone including throughputs, parcel presentation, productivity levels and achievement of forecasted CPU against budgeted targets. Supporting the Process Manager with the quality of all sortation and its performance against MI measurements. Dependent on the area you work in, you will manage and control Client SLAs, load presentation compliance, infeed targets, blockbuster targets, parcel presentation, manage and control mis-sorts and damages and momentum 100% scanning compliance.
