Warehouse Supervisor Key Responsibilities: * Managing performance and continuously striving to improve * Ensure orders are picked quickly and efficiently * Checking orders thoroughly, to aim to eliminate all customer reported errors * Ensure orders are despatched and labelled, strapped, and put into the correct areas for loading * Carrying out regular Stocktakes * Tidying, sweeping aisles, emptying bins etc * Reporting any/all near misses, accidents or maintenance issues * Completing all reports thoroughly and in a timely manner, including end of shift reports and weekly reports.
