Job Duties:

Placing and dispatching customer orders on WMS

*

Closing job files by obtaining PODs and required information

*

Running and updating reports for customers and management

*

Maintaining and updating files on the common drive

*

Undertaking system checks and stocktaking as required

*

Archiving paperwork accurately and on time

*

Inputting vehicle arrivals for customers

*

Collating information for charge reports and updating KPIs

*

General housekeeping and tidying of the office

*

Escalating any queries or issues promptly

Requirements:

*

Computer literate, including MS Office, email, spreadsheets, and databases

*

Good level of numeracy and literacy

*

Previous experience in a similar fast-paced office or warehouse admin role

*

Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and remain focused under pressure
