Your role as a Warehouse Coldstore Picker: Picking items within the freezer department (up to -25 degrees) Previous 4on 4off experience required Using manual handling best practices as part of the picking process Be flexible and committed to providing excellence in all aspects Preferred voice picking experience and MHE (LLOP, FLT, PPT) experience Cold store picker working 6.5 on 8-hour shift Breaks as a cold store picker (1 x 30mins paid, 1 x 20mins paid 1 x 10mins paid, 1 x 30mins unpaid each 12-hour shift)
