Warehouse operative - Repacker We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our client's team in Spalding (PE11 2BB) . The Spalding site is one of the largest in their Temperature Controlled Distribution network. Role of a warehouse operative (Repacker) Receiving and inspecting deliveries of goods and supplies. Checking for damaged or missing items in received shipments. Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards. Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles using manual handling techniques Moving and storing products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts Repacking products into retail-ready packaging based on client specifications and quality standards. Working on a repack production line, handling goods efficiently and carefully. Conducting basic quality control during packing and repacking stages.
