Start Date: September 2025 Job Type: Contract (Permanent from day one) The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading parcel courier client EVRi for night shift parcel sorters in the Belfast (BT36 4PX) area. This is a permanent opportunity starting in September , perfect for those looking for stable, long-term work in a fast-paced logistics environment. The Role: Accurately sort and organise incoming parcels based on routes and delivery zones Use scanners, conveyor belts, and other equipment to support the sorting process Label and categorise parcels to ensure smooth delivery Identify and report any damaged items in line with company procedures Load and unload vehicles efficiently to maximise space Maintain a clean and safe working area Work closely with your team to meet nightly targets Requirements: Experience in parcel sorting or warehouse work is preferred, but not essential Ability to stand for extended periods and handle packages of varying sizes Strong attention to detail Comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Must have reliable transport to and from the site Benefits: Permanent, stable employment Wellbeing support Financial and legal assistance Discounts at major high-street retailers and supermarkets Interested?
