Job Description: Are you passionate about Warehouse and Logistic and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team at the Southampton site. In this role, you will be using systems and scanners to receive and locate goods, pick and dispatch these goods, as well as general housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate warehouse systems and handheld scanners to accurately receive, locate, pick, and dispatch goods. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers get the right products, on time.
  • Handle all goods with care and precision, maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the process.
  • Replenish stock and consolidate inventory to keep our warehouse organised and ready for demand.
  • Support general warehouse tasks, including pallet wrapping, labelling, and preparing goods for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is used responsibly and kept in good working order.
  • Complete essential paperwork and follow warehouse procedures, reporting any issues or defects promptly to help us continuously improve.

  • Exceptional attention to detail – Accuracy matters in every part of the process, from picking and packing to paperwork.

  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills – You’ll need to read instructions, complete documentation, and handle stock counts confidently.
