The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operative to help keep our fast-moving, temperature-controlled operation running smoothly. You’ll work across the core warehouse supporting various functions, such as goods-in, fruit checking, picking and packing, amongst other day-to-duties.

Key Responsibilities

* Picking & Packing: Accurate order picking (including mixed ambient/chilled) careful packing, and clear labelling.

* Fruit Quality Control: Daily visual and taste checks against goodnus standards; proactive removal of sub-standard items.

* Goods-In: Assisting with receipt, checking quantities/quality, completing put away, and rotating stock (FIFO).

* Housekeeping: Keeping zones clean, tidy and safe (5S mindset), disposing of cardboard/waste, and supporting daily/weekly checks.

* Stock Control: Helping with cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
