The Role: This is a hands-on leadership role in our warehouse operations team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all technical equipment is prepared, maintained and returned to a high standard. You will also play a vital role in managing workflow, stock control, and coordinating with technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee full prep of kit for upcoming events Allocate workload and resources across the warehouse team Load and manage flight cases for transportation to events Liaise closely with the Technical Services Manager Maintain efficient stock control and accurate inventory tracking
