This is a key leadership role, managing a small but dedicated team of 56 staff, with full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our warehouse. What You'll Be Doing: Managing all incoming and outgoing deliveries Overseeing stock control and conducting regular stock counts Ensuring smooth organisation and layout of warehouse space Handling documentation, dispatch paperwork, and system entries Leading on health & safety compliance and best practice Implementing process improvements to drive efficiency Being hands-on this is not a desk-only role!
