WE’RE HIRING: Warehouse Manager – Aerospace Parts & Components

Capilaux is proud to be representing a well-established and growing aviation parts trading company with a global footprint, supplying components to MROs, airlines, and aircraft operators.

We’re now searching for a hands-on, proactive Warehouse Manager to lead a high-performing stores and logistics team based near Gatwick Airport. This is more than just a management role – it’s a key position that reports directly to the board and plays a pivotal part in the success of a busy, fast-paced operation.

✈️ What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and mentoring the warehouse team across multiple units
• Managing all stock control, inventory, tooling, and traceability
• Overseeing global imports/exports, shipping, and freight
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and ISO 9000 compliance
• Driving continuous improvement in warehouse layout and process efficiency
• Working closely with the purchasing, sales, and ops teams
• Being visible, hands-on, and proud of running a well-oiled operation

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in warehouse or stores management within aerospace, aviation or engineering
• Strong grip on stock systems, logistics and freight processes
• Working knowledge of import/export compliance and customs
• Experience in ISO 9000 environments
• A team leader who is as comfortable on the floor as they are in the office
• Organised, delivery-focused and quality-driven

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Knowledge of aircraft parts/components or MRO supply chains
• Experience upgrading or implementing warehouse systems
