Warehouse Manager - Tiles Manufacturing Business | Alfreton, Derbyshire

W Talent are looking to recruit a Warehouse Manager for a leading floor tile manufacturing business located in Alfreton, Derbyshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing company that operates a 70,000 sq. ft. warehouse supporting high-volume goods in and out operations.

As Warehouse Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, including inventory control, team leadership, dispatch, goods-in, and overall efficiency. This role is key to ensuring smooth logistics across the supply chain and maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the warehouse team to meet operational KPIs and service levels. Oversee all goods-in/goods-out processes and ensure accurate stock management. Implement and maintain robust warehouse systems and procedures. Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment. Maintain health & safety compliance and ensure a clean, efficient working environment. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline operations and reduce waste. Train, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performance culture.
