We're looking for a dynamic leader to take the reins of our warehouse operations, guiding a dedicated team through the fast-paced, high-stakes environment of healthcare logistics. You'll be the driving force behind a balanced scorecard of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement, ensuring our operations not only meet expectations but redefine them.

As a change agent, you'll lead with clarity and purpose, setting standards, coaching talent, and integrating processes across our end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing functions. From introducing KPIs that spark transformation to fostering a culture of high performance and integrity, your impact will be felt across every corner of our operation.

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities

As our Warehouse Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing your team: Proactively manage performance, capability, and engagement through coaching, training, and structured development plans.
• Driving compliance and quality: Ensure all activities meet GMP, FDA regulations, ISO 13485 standards, and internal quality systems.
• Championing health and safety: Promote a culture of safety excellence, ensuring compliance with all internal and external HSE regulations.
• Managing third-party relationships: Oversee contracts, workshops, and service providers to ensure value and performance.
• Owning financial performance: Monitor and improve key financial indicators such as OTIF, waste, and recovery through data-driven decision-making and SAP insights.
• Enhancing delivery and customer service: Ensure timely and accurate movement of materials and finished goods across warehouse, factory, and outbound logistics.
• Supporting new product introductions: Integrate new products into warehouse operations with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Improving systems and processes: Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools and KPI frameworks to drive step-change performance.
• Fostering a high-performance culture: Embed Lean Daily Management and a Plan-Do-Check-Act mindset to boost team engagement, recognition, and results.
• Preparing for audits and inspections: Ensure readiness for internal and external audits, maintaining high standards of documentation and operational excellence.
