Role: Warehouse ManagerLocation: BuckinghamshireSalary: 45,000- 50,000 per annumOur client is a leading company in the FMCG sector and is now looking for a talented Warehouse Manager. The role is to manage all aspects of the warehouse including Goods In, Stocktaking, Inventory, Picking, Packing and Returns and Dispatch.Key ResponsibilitiesTo lead and manage all direct reports to deliver customer daily orders in the most cost-effective manner.To develop a Continuous Improvement culture to improve warehouse performance efficiencies.To drive KPI's in your team for health and safety, quality, customer service, labour and materials.Through direct reports, ensure that all functional requirements and SLA's are fully completed and conformed to.Develop relationships and work in collaboration with other departments to ensure stock is available.Ensure training within your team is completed to health and safety standards and company procedures.Ensure that the WMS system is fully utilised and information is maintained in line with company procedures with up to date / accurate stock count.Part of implementation of new ERP system in the business.Ideal CandidateExperience in a Warehouse Manager position in the FMCG sector.A hands on leader that will lead from the front on the factory floor.Capable of delivering excellent Health & Safety standards and a NEBOSH would be an advantageExperience with WMS systems and utilising them effectivelyStrong communication and leadership skills to build a strong rapport with your team and deliver a high level of performance.If you believe you have the skills and personality to fit these requirements, please get in touch with Will Malcolm at (phone number removed) / (url removed).By applying to this advertised job, you consent for Henderson Brown Recruitment Ltd to hold your information.
