Warehouse Manager Full time, Permanent Dunstable Up to £45,000 per annum Our client, a well-established and growing business based in Dunstable, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a busy team within a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing warehouse efficiency, maintaining high health and safety standards, and supporting the continued development and automation of warehouse processes. Key Responsibilities for a Warehouse Manager: Managing and leading a team of 6 permanent warehouse staff and up to 30 temporary workers during peak periods

Overseeing daily warehouse operations including goods in, dispatch, and stock control

Driving improvements in warehouse processes, including introducing greater automation and efficiencies

Ensuring high standards of health & safety are maintained across the warehouse

Monitoring productivity and performance across the team

Coordinating staffing levels to meet operational demand

Working closely with senior management to support operational improvements
